Each device needs to be reserved for your usage.

Software

You should run one instrument at a time, while you can run several user clients for the same instrument. These clients will connect the instrument client, which is held responsible for communicating with the remote device. All clients have a 'chat' and a 'tele-presence' windows (,which are part of the artefacts of group awareness for the collaboration among conected users).

For the moment, there are three instruments, with instrument and user clients for each one of them:

As first preview of what eInstrumentation can achieve, we have made a film, providing pictures on the real devices and platforms under use. It aims at showing the current capacities of eInstrumentation, how it is close to the real appliance, and how to use it.
